A light alloy structure with six platforms articulated from five beams. Designed to withstand significant deformation caused by wave action. Two platforms have the length adjustment system installed and provide propulsion with two 9 hp motors. The starting dock can be moved into position for the different race lengths 500, 1000, 1500 or 2000 metres, which can be a requirement depending on the age categories of competitors. Moving starting docks between two stations 500 m apart takes less than 10 minutes and can be undertaken with up to eight people on board.
