AGSO Company has developed a system which makes possible an easy transition of lane width from 13.5 m (for rowing races) to 9m (for canoeing races). By limiting the number of anchoring points the transition can be completed swiftly (approximately 30 minutes per line) by two people and one boat. The system does not use any cross cables.

The ALBANO system, developed by AGSO, uses:

• Stainless steel 316 cable with rings every 10 m
• Its own powering system
• Buoys with a central shaft and a suspended rod which is adjustable from the top and attached by a stainless steel pin
• The anti-twist device which facilitates the easy transition of lane width

AGSO also provides the necessary equipment for assembling or disassembling the system:

• An adapted barge with accessories
• A basket allowing buoys storage and sorting
• An electric cable winding system

AGSO can also provide a device installed on the anchors in order to lower the cable to 1.2 m below the water surface.
